Ah, it’s the ol’ no pictures showing up in your email question.

Most likely, your email filters think the reports we’re sending you are spam. In which case, your email software is automatically blocking images from being loaded (it’s a safety thing). To fix this, doing either one of the following will most likely solve the issue but we recommend doing both.

  1. When you receive an email report from us, make sure to mark it as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”.
  2. Add our email address ( [email protected] ) to your approved recipients. Even better, add our contact information to your contact list or address book.
