TweetReports started as a thought balloon on a napkin in a Nashville barbecue joint when the waitress brought the check. She said “Did you get everything you needed from us today?” And from that one question, the gears ground.
We believe that for a company to ask that question of all of its customers, it needs to be listening and able to respond, like our waitress was. In order to do so in such a mass quantity we need to provide a lot of different analyses and even more ways to search so that one business can ask all of their customers, “Did you get everything you needed from us today?”
