While completing some updates, we experienced a server connection issue.
U know how the tech guys always say "Don't touch that red button!"… Whoops. Uhm, rebooting.
What initially appeared to be a small Whoopsie turn into database connection issue which we're working to resolve.
Shortly after, we rebooted the server and, for a short time, all was well.
Baby needs some new shoes. But, untill then, app is back online Woot
Unfortunately, this was followed by a connection issue with our database and connecting to Twitter search API
Spoke too soon. Still remedying some off – and on connection issues
Currently, users can log into their TweetReports accounts but search is still offline.
We’re diligently working to track down and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
